QuickPilot AI provides automated social media generation and posting services. We utilize artificial intelligence to generate copy and media, and automatically distribute it to connected third-party platforms based on your selected plan and preferences.

3. User Content and AI Generation

You retain all rights to any underlying intellectual property or assets you provide to us. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and process your data solely for the purpose of generating AI content for your brand.

You acknowledge that the content generated by our AI is algorithmically produced. While we offer regeneration capabilities and strive for high quality, you are ultimately responsible for the content published to your social media accounts.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our Service interacts with third-party social media platforms (such as X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Your use of these platforms must comply with their respective Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any account restrictions or bans resulting from the content generated or the automated nature of our posting.

5. Billing and Refunds

We operate on a pay-per-post and volume discount model. Charges are applied based on the frequency and type of posts generated. You may pause or cancel your plan at any time. Refunds for previously generated and delivered posts are generally not provided, except at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the new Terms.
